FRNSW crews were called to Wollongong Harbour on Thursday morning after reports a yacht had started to sink.
At least twenty Fire and Rescue NSW Firefighters responded to Cliff Road, near Flagstaff Point, where the 14-foot yacht had started taking on water. Firefighters put booms in place to contain any potential spill, and worked to pump water from the yacht, re-floating the vessel.
No injures were reported in the incident, and crews were able to successfully remove water from the yacht, and refloating it.
