Strike Force Raptor has made a massive find as part of ongoing operations to disrupt and dismantle drug trafficking in New South Wales.
Officers seized 127 kilograms of cannabis in vacuum sealed bags during a truck inspection at the heavy vehicle weigh station at Marulan around 5pm yesterday.
Police said the drugs have a street value of over $3 million.
Three phones were also seized during the search.
The driver, a 25-year-old man from Western Sydney was arrested and taken to Goulburn Police Station.
A subsequent search warrant was executed at a home in Merrylands where a gel blaster, steroids and cash were seized for forensic examination.
The man was charged with supply prohibited drug (large commercial quantity), possess unauthorised pistol, possess prohibited plant and deal with property proceeds of crime.
Police said the 25-year-old is an Indian national and investigators are working with the Department of Home Affairs regarding his visa status.
He was refused bail and will appear at Goulburn Local Court today.
