Kiama Council has been busy preparing for a return to limited face-to-face operations at its customer service centre from Monday.
Safety screens have been installed with staff to assist residents with in person payments, document drops and JP services.
Council said face-to-face meetings and appointments still aren't possible.
Council has registered the building as a COVID Safe business with the NSW Government and are in the process of registering its other facilities.
Residents are being asked not to attend the centre if they're feeling unwell.
Council said it would prefer contactless payments and are urging people to consider using their online services rather than visiting the building.
