A 42-year-old man is in hot water after being clocked doing more than twice the legal speed limit.
The man was caught doing 169 in the 70kph zone through the airport tunnel at Mascot on Tuesday night.
The Audi driver, who was on parole, not only allegedly told the Cops that 'he wasn't speeding' but he also returned a positive roadside reading for cocaine and methamphetamine.
A secondary test confirmed the readings for which Police said he is likely to be charged.
His licence was suspended and he was charged with multiple driving offences.
