The woman accused of murdering her ex-girlfriend in Sydney's inner suburbs on Monday night will remain behind bars until at least August.
Zixi Wang was formally refused bail after appearing in Wollongong Local Court.
Wang was arrested near the Sea Cliff Bridge on Tuesday afternoon.
Her former lover fell to her death from the 5th storey of a Zetland apartment block on Monday night.
Wang's lawyer told the court that the 29-year-old was in a very bad physical and mental condition.
She was given a mental health assessment in Wollongong Hospital before being charged yesterday.
Wang will face a Sydney court in August.
