Mark Latham critical of ARL's 'no fault' rule

Confessed Dragons tragic MARK LATHAM is critical of the way the ARL has handled the Jack de Belin case.

The NSW One Nation leader is in Wollongong today to launch his party's seven point policy for the Illawarra.

Included is a promise that should he get into parliament he will  move legislation to prevent sporting codes and other employers from punishing people without evidence of wrong doing..

" I worry that we're undermining one of the basic principles of the NSW judicial system, and that is innocent until proven guilty. Can he get a fair trial now that he's been stood down? They say 'no fault' what does that mean? If it was no fault he wouldn't be stood down." Mark Latham
