Matthew Wiggins has been found guilty of murdering a Comancheros bikie gang member who was gunned down in broad daylight outside his family's Berkeley home in 2012.

The 29-year-old had pleaded not guilty in the NSW Supreme Court to murdering 32-year-old Darko Janceski and causing grievous bodily harm to his father, Slobodan.
On Wednesday a jury found Wiggins guilty of both charges.

Darko Janceski was working on a car when he was shot three times by a motorcyclist wearing a balaclava in April 2012.

His father ran outside to help and picked up a metal garden stake while racing after the assailant, only to be bashed and injured himself.

Wiggins will face a sentencing hearing on June 28.
