Train workers will hold talks this weekend which could impact the daily commute of thousands of Illawarra workers to Sydney.
The Rail, Tram and Bus Union members have voted to take industrial action after days of chaos on the rail network...and will decide whether or not to walk off the job.
Workers says they're concerned the new train timetable is stretching them too far - and they want fairer pay and work conditions.
State Secretary Alex Claassens says they are yet to decide on an intended plan of action.
" We'll be talking to our members over the weekend. We'll be talking with our members and delegates and the other unions on Monday. So, at this point in time none of us have made any decisions yet about what we're going to do."
