Taylor Swifts new single may have left fans divided but it hasn't stopped them listening. Look what you made me do has smashed Ed Sheerans record of 6.87 million first day streams on Spotify clocking in just under 8 Million. The single said to be a revenge track on everything ever said about her has also taken out the number one spot on You Tube with over 28 Million views on day one. The former record holder was Adele's Hello with 27.7 million views.
Meanwhile a fun fact for fans of 90's music, Fred and Rich Fairbrass along with Rob Manozie from Right Said Fred have song writing credits on the single which borrows a riff from their 1992 hit I'm Too Sexy. For these guys, it will be like winning lotto: Look What You Made Me Do is number one on this weeks ITunes charts.
Taylor Swifts new album Reputation is due for world wide release on November 10.
