Wollongong Council after feedback on community facilities

Wollongong City Council is calling for feedback, as it explores existing needs for community facilities, and what future requirements may be.

Council is especially interested in the Kembla Heights Community Hall, Figtree Community Hall, Unanderra Community Centre, and Unanderra Library.

These are well utilised by the community, with some older facilities having limited functionality to respond to community needs.

The Assessment will identify possible solutions for Planning Area 7 to ensure that the community has access to the right type of facilities in the future.

Council has a short online survey up, and is keen for people to add their voice to the decision making, the survey closes on 29 May, 2023.
