A search has resumed for a fisherman reportedly missing in waters off Kiama.
Just after 6.45pm Tuesday, emergency services were called to Kiama blowhole, following reports a man in the water had failed to resurface.
Lake Illawarra Police were told the man believed to be aged in his 70s had been rock fishing before being swept off the rocks.

A multi-agency search swung into action, but failed to locate the man.
