NSW Ambulance Illawarra extreme heatwave warning

NSW Ambulance is urging people to limit time outside, with the Bureau of Meteorology forecasting extreme heatwave conditions for the Illawarra.

NSW Ambulance Chief Superintendent Steve Vaughan, says people need to monitor conditions and prepare now, as heatwave conditions are expected to increase over the weekend, before easing mid to late next week.

NSW Ambulance has issued a Watch and Act warning for this extreme heatwave, conditions are changing and we need to start taking action now to protect ourselves, family, animals and pets.
