Back in April we found out about one amazing man Dave.
Dave is a charitable soul, he lives in Barrack Heights and every morning he hops on his scooter and heads along to the Windang Bridge and cleans both sides.
Dave has picked up broken bottles, knives, fish guts and other parts of fish, octopus, a doona cover and stacks of other yucky bits and he never gets paid for it, it is all for the love of his community.
But there are many issues here, Dave has only ever owned second hand scooters and these keep breaking down.
This is where Kath comes in, the two had never met but Kath knew she had to help Dave raise the funds for Dave to purchase a brand new scooter, and this morning, Dave expressed how grateful he is towards Kath.
And here is some of the things that Dave has picked up on the Windang Bridge.
