The moment of truth for Magnussen..key events on day 5 of the Games

After the disappointment of missing out on a medal in the 4 x 100 freestyle relay, James Magnussen has qualified fastest for the 100m freestyle final, the missile joined by fellow Aussie James Roberts.  Brenton Rickard will be chasing a medal in the 200m breaststroke final while our golden girls from Beijing begin their title defence in the 4 x 200m freestyle relay, Melanie Schlanger and Cate Campbell also line up in the women's 100m freestyle heats.  It could be a big day in the pool – fingers crossed
