When it comes to your formal, or a formal event in general, it’s no secret that the dress is generally the main focus of the night. Early planning will ensure you have a large selection of dress styles to choose from, and will also lessen the chances of wearing the same dress as someone else attending on the night. With very little separation between formal fashion trends and evening wear designer trends, it is a good idea to keep an eye on what is hot in the celebrity world so that you stand out on your big night. A lot of factors must be considered when choosing your style - like personality and body shape, it can all become quite overwhelming! However, do not dispair - I have found that with a few visual examples of what is hot on the red carpet can help you to put your best stiletto forward. So, when it comes time to stepping out on your glam night - you will look your best and of course impress! Wild Prints: If you’re all about texture and patterns (and have a wild side to unleash on the dance floor), these ravishing dresses are your best bet!
Angelic White: If you want to go for a softer touch, take a look at these elegant dresses, just make sure you have applied a killer tan before donning the celestial white frock.
Cinderella Chic: If you’re all about ball gowns, chiffon, sparkle, and love your dress heavy on the embellishments, then this trend may be perfect for you. Fit for a total princess!
High-Low: If you cant decide if you want a long or a short dress, why not get something in between (great for flaunting long legs):
