Kosseris family given go-ahead on $50M Dubbo development

dubbo The collapse of multi-million dollar projects in Wollongong has not stopped the Kosseris family.

They've been given the go-ahead to build  a retail and accommodation complex in Dubbo valued at more than $50 million.

Kosseris was behind the collapsed Gravity and Ambience projects in Wollongong that went under when the Belmorgan companies went into administration... leaving creditors owed millions of dollars.

However Mr. Kosseris says the Dubbo project is under a company of which his wife is both director and secretary..
